(SUNI) is a nonprofit volunteer organization composed of residents, businesses, schools, and churches that reside or are located within the boundaries of the Sunnyside neighborhood in Historic Northwest Denver.

🚧 HELP US IMPROVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD!
Calling all Sunnyside residents and business owners!

The SUNI Land Use Committee is working to improve the appearance, safety, and walkability of our commercial corridors.

Volunteers have identified locations that may have vacant or underutilized street tree wells, broken pedestrian lighting, or other streetscape maintenance needs. These features help create safer streets, support local businesses, provide shade, and enhance neighborhood character.

Whether you are a property owner, business leader, property manager, or resident, your feedback can help identify priorities and opportunities for improvement.

Please take 3 minutes to complete the survey below to:

• Confirm conditions near your property
• Share concerns and priorities
• Express interest in neighborhood improvement efforts
• Learn about SUNI Business/Household Membership opportunities

Aztlan Rec Center is hosting a movie night Tuesday, June 30th @ 6:45pm.

Bring a blanket and some snacks and enjoy Hoppers, a story about a college student who tranfers her mind into a robotic beaver to communicate with animals and save their habitat from destruction.
