The White Rose Scholarship Foundation: Fire and Ice Scholarship

The Fire and Ice Scholarship was created in August 2020, and the first scholarship was awarded in August of 2020. This scholarship was founded and funded by ICRME Emperor XVIII Gregg Looker. The intent of this scholarship will be that candidate(s) selection for this scholarship will come from applicants that can either claim long term status as a member of the ICRME, are a close relative/partner (however defined) of a ICRME member. At present the scholarship awarded will be a minimum of $1,000.00 awarded annually, the amount of the scholarship award may be a larger amount and may be granted to more than one annual scholarship. The Fire and Ice Scholarship will continue as long as Emperor XVIII Gregg Looker funds this scholarship. Mr. Looker has made arrangements to fund this scholarship for approximately 10 years!
