Happy 15th work anniversary to Katie Jones Jadwin! It's hard to believe that Clothes To Kids of Denver was less than three years old when Katie joined. She hasn’t just seen our immense growth but also been a driving force behind it, having served as the first intern, first paid employee, first executive director and now first communications director. Katie also serves as our unofficial “archivist” as her knowledge of Clothes To Kids is unmatched. When Katie started, we had provided wardrobes to 159 students the month prior (May 2011); last month CTKD provided wardrobes to 1,111 students! And at that time, CTKD had provided a total of 5,600 wardrobes since inception – that number is now more than 140,000. Beyond the statistics, Katie’s impact is felt in her tireless behind-the-scenes work. From powerful grant writing and meticulous financial management to showcasing our mission across social media and online platforms, Katie’s dedication is unparalleled. Katie’s work ethic, generous spirit, and deep love for CTKD shine through everything she does. We are so grateful for her 15 years of exceptional service and the profound impact her contributions have made to Denver-area students in need. Thank you, Katie!
