DCIS Baker PTSA Official page of DCIS Baker PTSA! We raise funds to give teacher & student grants & to support community members in need

Our mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging & empowering families & communities to advocate for all children. Our non-profit group consists of parents, teachers, and students from the DCIS Baker School and surrounding community. Many of our community members are low-income, recent immigrants, or non-English speakers. Our mission is to raise funds through direct giving, special events and our annual auction to support those community members who need help. We offer staff and students grants to those in the school who need assistance paying for necessary items for their classrooms and overall educational experience. We support the school based food pantry and free clothing closet with cash donations and food/clothing drives. These resources are open to all DCIS families who need it. We host special events throughout the year to deepen our community relationships including Prom, Graduation, Bingo Nights, Welcome Back to School Party, Dine Out for DCIS, and our annual Silent Auction.
