At Flourish, real estate has never simply been about sales volume. It has always been about people, community, and what becomes possible when business is leveraged as a force for meaningful impact.

In May, our team had the opportunity to help 32 households make a move into a new chapter. But the story does not end there. Because every client who chooses to partner with Flourish becomes part of something larger. Together, those closings help fuel community initiatives, support nonprofit work through Flourish Alliance, create opportunities for generosity, and allow business to become a vehicle for tangible good both locally and globally.

This vision has never belonged to us alone. It is built collectively alongside every family, referral partner, friend, and supporter who chooses to do business differently.

So while we are deeply grateful for the 32 households served last month, we are equally grateful for the ripple effect those decisions continue to create.

Business can build more than income.
It can build impact.
It can build community.
It can help people flourish.

Over the past several seasons, many in our team have had the opportunity to build a genuine friendship with Tim Sikpi, and one thing has consistently stood out through every conversation: his heart for people.With a background as a pastor, Tim leads with care, wisdom, and a deep sense of service that naturally shapes the way he approaches both life and real estate. Alongside that foundation, he brings an impressive breadth of experience navigating real estate across multiple states including Texas, California, and now Florida, along with specialized expertise within the sports and entertainment space. Payton brings with her a rare combination of wholehearted care, grounded work ethic, and unwavering dedication to the people she serves. Raised in rural Illinois with deep roots in agriculture, she learned early the value of hard work, resilience, and showing up fully for others, qualities that now shape the way she guides her clients through some of life’s most meaningful transitions.

Her approach to real estate is deeply relational. Payton believes clients deserve more than a transaction. They deserve an advocate, a steady presence, and someone willing to walk alongside them through every high, low, question, and milestone. That depth of care, paired with her drive to do things the right way and never halfway, makes her an incredible addition to our team and community.
