Some team members spend their days in front of clients. Others quietly create the systems, processes, and marketing infrastructure that allow everyone around them to succeed. Joaqui is one of those people. Bringing experience across marketing, content strategy, executive support, customer service, and operations, Joaqui thrives at the intersection of creativity and ex*****on. He has a talent for bringing order to complexity, whether that means refining workflows, solving technical challenges, organizing data, supporting large scale initiatives, or helping ensure that great ideas actually make it across the finish line. Joaqui approaches his work with initiative, curiosity, and a genuine desire to make life easier for the people around him. Rather than waiting for direction, he instinctively looks for opportunities to improve systems, strengthen communication, and create momentum. Outside of work, Joaqui's creative side comes to life through photography, filmmaking, and music production, pursuits that reflect both his eye for storytelling and his commitment to continual growth.

As Flourish continues to grow, we know the strength of our organization will be built not only by those serving clients directly, but also by exceptional people working behind the scenes to support that mission. After building a distinguished career as a registered nurse for nearly a decade, Nhi made the transition into real estate with the same heart for service and advocacy that has defined her professional journey from the very beginning. Drawn to the opportunity to guide people through one of life's most meaningful milestones, she found a natural extension of her calling in helping clients make confident, informed decisions about homeownership. Nhi brings a calming presence, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to navigate complex situations with grace, qualities that have earned the trust of patients and now serve her clients equally well. Please join us in celebrating the official arrival of Bob Muni to the Flourish family!

Our connection with Bob stretches back many years, first through the exceptional reputation he built as a broker in Colorado and later as a trusted catalyst and connector when Flourish expanded into Florida last year. A longtime friend, mentor, and collaborator to so many members of our team, this next chapter feels less like a new beginning and more like a homecoming.

Throughout every season, Bob has led with wisdom, generosity, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. His remarkable career has been shaped by a lifetime of leadership and impact, from missionary work in New Zealand and service within the homeschooling movement to chairing the Florida Virtual School Board and traveling to more than 100 countries. Those experiences have cultivated a perspective that is both deeply relational and globally informed.

At Flourish Alliance, Juneteenth serves as both a celebration of freedom and a solemn reminder that the work is not finished. Around the world and within our own communities, millions of men, women, and children remain trapped in human trafficking, forced labor, and exploitation, denied the very freedoms this day represents. We honor the resilience of those who came before us by continuing to fight for those still waiting to be free, believing that every person is created with inherent dignity and deserving of safety, opportunity, and hope.
