Are you a “What if we just tried this” kind of thinker?. You like to imagine how it could be and then experiment by doing it and seeing what happens?!
If so, you may have a preference in Conceptual (yellow) thinking! This is imaginative, unconventional, and visionary. The Conceptual part of the brain likes change and is easily bored.
People with a preference for Conceptual thought are considered inventive, original, and innovative.

They are intuitive about ideas, and they learn by experimenting.

Did you know that we have brains in our head and in our gut?? If you have a preference for the Social, or the Red ❤️ Thinking Attribute, you may make decisions based on that “gut feeling.
That visceral sensation you get in the gut, is made up of billions of neurons, dendrites & axons just like your brain.
If you have a preference for Social Thinking, the RED❤️, you come across as relational, collaborative, empathic, and supportive. The Social part of the brain is team-oriented and socially aware. People with a preference for Social thought are considered connectors and are sensitive to the feelings and ideas of others. They are intuitive about people, and they learn from others.

You are able to use all the Behavioral and Thinking Attributes, but some of them come more naturally to you than others.

Everyone has a natural comfort level with each attribute that is reflected in how you answer your assessment and we will discuss what that comfort level is when working with me.

It is defined as your thinking is detailed, practical, and methodical. The Structural part of the brain follows rules and is cautious of new ideas. People with a preference for Structural thought are considered disciplined, organized, and traditional. They like guidelines, and they learn by doing.

People can’t see the way you think, and what is going on in your head may be very mysterious to them.
Sometimes what you’re “thinking” is displayed in a behavior first and people overlook the fact that you may actually be thinking alike with that person but displaying it differently only through behaviors put forth.

Let’s take a tour of the Thinking Attributes where I help others learn about the ways in which they prefer to think and how these can have a impact on the way you do business, run a team, live life, etc.
Could you have a preference for Analytical Thinking, or what I call the “Blue” attribute?.
💙🦋🗣Blue Thinking is rational, inquiring, and clear. The Analytical part of the brain wants to see data and research. People with a preference for Analytical thought are considered logical, cogent, and objective. They can appreciate the scientific method, and they learn by mental analysis.

🎉✨Hello 2022!! New year and new lenses to look through!! How many pairs do you have to look through? Which one will be looked through more this year? Which pair needs some time in its case and less time staring through?. Do some of these lenses drain you? Are they negative or positive in your life?

Juggling the life you live vs. the life you want, may all be in the way you view it.

How much time you spend looking at life one way, may make you miss the many different lenses that are all around you, sitting on the self, in the junk drawer, in your purse, lost in your car, etc.

Choose wisely which lenses take more of your energy and more of your time. Sometimes those are ones you think are fulfilling when in fact those are the exact things dulling your sparkle.

✨We’ve all heard the quote before “Behind every successful woman…..is herself”

And what I believe they mean by that for me is this…. “Behind every successful woman….is a substantial amount of dirty laundry.”.
Boss ladies….some things in your life and in your business take more energy to do than others. Laundry for me is one of them. That thought of sorting, hanging, folding, repeating, becomes so mentally exhausting.

Can I get an AMEN?!?
But you see….when you can identify what areas in your life take you more energy and other areas that you thrive naturally in, you have hit a golden realization!!.
It’s not that you suck at it. It’s not that you CANT do it, it’s just not something you prefer and WILL in fact take you more time and energy if you have to do it.
I have worked now for years identifying these areas in myself and helping others to do the same. It can become freeing to know it’s not something you are bad at….it just takes you more energy!.
❓What area in your life do you see your energy, your brainpower, being used up more in?.

❓Is it when you have to think big ideas and creatively, is it when you have to develop a system for yourself? Or maybe when you need to be relational with others, or research an idea and use logic and data to solve a problem….

Did you know?? If you want to develop better relationships with others around you….learning how you best communicate is one thing you can do for yourself and to understand them!.

As we wrap up the 3️⃣ Behavior Attributes and what they mean in your profile you obtain when working with me….. We have to discuss FLEXIBILITY.
Flexibility has to do with how you respond when a change occurs that you didn’t generate. As an example, if a decision was made in your last meeting to do something, and at today’s meeting someone wants to readdress that decision, what is your first response?.
A 3rd/3rd flexible generally enjoys working on many projects at once and welcomes change. • Energized by auditioning options – decisions are a working draft. • May stay in option-seeking too long and be rushed to meet deadline.
As a 1st/3rd Flexible you may prefer defined situations and generally like to complete tasks before moving on to the next one. It’s important to remember that people in the first-third of Flexibility generally appreciate options. However, once an option has been decided upon, they generally do not appreciate switching direction afterwards.
If you’ve learned something over the last few weeks….you know then that a 2nd/3rd Flexible falls within the…..
it just depends category!!!.
Sometimes that is difficult for others to read in you because they don’t know where you’ll fall on a decision on any given situation.

Do you remember the 💜🙋🏼‍♀️purples? These are your behaviors that are discussed in your profile.

Next up is ASSERTIVENESS. In the work I do for you and your business, assertiveness is talked about in the way you “assert yourself and at what style and pace you do it.

I can help you and your team identify where on the spectrum you fall with how you assert yourself in situations that come up. Both ends of the continuum will assert, they will just assert differently.

If you fall within the first-third (1/3rd) of Assertiveness, this means that you like to be more of a peacekeeper. You like to build consensus in most situations and you move at a consistent, gentler pace. • May want time to process and determine next step & ask questions to bring about ideas.

If you fall within the third-third (3/3rd) of Assertiveness, this means that you prefer a fast, driving pace • May ramp up energy as deadline approaches • May engage quickly and want others to do the same • May make firm statements of opinions.

If you fall within the second-third (2/3rd) of Assertiveness, this means that it literally “depends” on the situation which characteristics you exhibit. Those with preferences here will most likely choose to flex situationally, depending on the factors present at the time.
