More than a w**e tasting… an evening surrounded by history. 🍷🇦🇲❤️

Our Armenians of Colorado W**e Tasting 2026 brought our community together for an unforgettable evening inside the historic Sarkisian’s Rugs, Fine Art & Antiques.

Surrounded by generations of history, beautiful rugs, great w**e, food, music, and wonderful people, we celebrated not only our community—but the Armenian legacy that continues through Tor and Medill Sarkisian.

A beautiful evening where Armenian culture, community, and history came together. 🇦🇲

✨ Curious about the Sarkisian family story? Visit their website to discover more about their incredible history.

⛪The Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin, built in 301 to 303 AD, is considered the oldest cathedral in the world.
For more than 1,700 years, it has stood at the heart of Armenian spiritual and cultural life. It remains the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church and an important symbol connecting Armenians in Armenia and throughout the diaspora.
According to Armenian tradition, St. Gregory the Illuminator had a vision showing the place where the cathedral should be built. The name Etchmiadzin is connected to this story and refers to the descent of the Only-Begotten.
More than an ancient monument, Holy Etchmiadzin represents centuries of Armenian faith, identity, resilience, and connection.
