MLK Day Highlights 💛✨

Our City Year Denver family kicked off the day by marching in the Marade, honoring Dr. King’s legacy.

Afterward, we were inspired by powerful speakers, including Morris Price from The Colorado Trust and former City Year Denver ED. We also heard from Dr. Anthony Smith, Deputy Superintendent of DPS Black Student Success.

We closed the day with an incredible Community Panel on Black Excellence featuring Vanecia Kerr, Dr. Janiece Mackey, Rep. Jennifer Bacon, and Morris Price.

This was a day full of reflection, inspiration, and celebration!
