IT’S THE BOND BEHIND THE BRAID

I'm Matt, a single father of 2 beautiful girls, Karleigh (6) and Breeanna (4). They keep me on my toes and they are my reason for getting out of bed every morning at the crack of dawn. When their mother and I divorced, I knew I’d have to learn how to do their hair. I could already do a basic 3-strand braid and the easy pony tails but the other stuff was for the pro’

s, or so I thought. When I got custody of them, we started getting bored of the pony tail and the 3-strand braids pretty fast, so I turned to the internet, the normal stuff YouTube, Facebook, pinterest, etc. That’s where I found Daddy Daughter Hair Factory, and my good friend Phil Morgese befriended me. I found out that he does classes for Dads in his community and I instantly knew I had to be a part of this amazing cause, so, with Phil’s help, I started teaching my own classes. My mission, along with the DDHF mission, is to help other dads, single or not, find new ways to bond with their daughters. This not only is a great bonding experience for Daddies and daughters, but also helps to build our princess’ confidence. Through our classes, we help dads to accomplish this and add just one more skill to ‘Daddy’s tool-belt’. I will be hosting monthly classes around the Denver Metro area. Class info will be posted on the page and other forms/forums of social media. There will be FREE giveaways and FREE goody bags full of everything you need to be a superhero at hairdos after every class. REMEMBER: IT’S NOT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE BRAID, IT’S THE QUALITY OF THE BOND.
