Survey of Colorado Recovery Support Legislation
You are invited to respond to a survey regarding opioid and other substance use disorder recovery policies of the Study Committee on Opioids and Other Substance Use Disorders enacted by the Colorado General Assembly in 2018, 2019, and 2020 and on SUD policies of Senate Bill 2020-137 Behavioral Health Care Recovery Act.
Please respond to the survey by close of business on May 12, 2023. You are welcome to share this email and invitation with others.
The results of the survey will be shared with the members of the 2023 Study Committee on Opioids and Other SUDS, which is scheduled to convene in this summer and fall.

Recovery Survey Items. Within this survey, you can respond to the policies items for which you have specific knowledge and skip policy items that are not familiar to you. You can also save your responses and return later to complete the survey. Attached is a PDF of the survey item for you to review before entering and submitting your responses.
This is an opportunity to inform legislators about which policies are working as intended and to offer input on policies that need to be changed, as well as to offer suggested changes and recommendations for new policies.
