ACC continues to grow. Join us! Founded in 2016, ACC is a registered non-profit business in the state of Colorado.

The Association of Cameroonians in Colorado (ACC) is the largest, most prominent, and most consequential Cameroonian community association in the US state of Colorado. ACC or the Association of Cameroonians in Colorado has distinguished itself as the premiere organization for Africans, and Americans, of Cameroonian heritage in the Denver metro area. ACC is composed of an energetic, dynamic, and caring group of individuals and their families who seek to make a difference in the world. The organization files periodic reports with the Colorado Secretary of State’s office to report on its activities and continued existence. The organization’s primary goal is to serve the community and to be an example of community service that goes beyond tribe, culture, nationality, race, or class. ACC members are mostly Americans and US permanent residents of Cameroonian or African descent, their friends, and their families, residing in the Denver metro area. The membership body of ACC also includes people of other nationalities, and ethnic origins, including many Americans, who identify with the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of the organization. ACC’s purpose seeks not only communal support but also business, educational, cultural, and civic participation for its members.

ACC third General Assembly for 2026.
On this day , June 27, 2026
Hosted by Group 3.
It was great having ACC members deliberating on how the year is unfolding and planning for our annual SUMMER BBQ PICNIC scheduled on July 25, 2026.
We also welcomed a family of 5 from another state as our newest ACC members.

SECOND ACC GENERAL ASSEMBLY - Saturday April 18, 2026.

Hosted by Group 2.

KEY POINTS
Below are some key topics discussed during the meeting.

- Registration fees will increase in 2027. A vote was taken, and most members agreed to raise the annual registration fee.
A new financial secretary was announced.

- The Bereavement board will decide whether to pause BEF contributions for 2027-a decision is forthcoming.
- We have a strict attendance tracking policy. Members are encouraged to attend at least 2 out of 4 meetings annually. We monitor attendance to ensure compliance.
- Nearly 100 members attended today’s meeting, which is fantastic!
- Our balance sheet is strong.
- ⁠Thanks to our financial team for keeping us in good shape!

Next ACC general Assembly will be hosted by Group 3 on Saturday June 27, 2026.

ACC executive committee met on Saturday January 24th, 2026 at Parker Colorado to deliberate on several critical matters ahead of the first ACC General Assembly for 2026 as well as the smooth functioning of ACC throughout 2026.

- ⁠Assisting general assembly hosting groups
- ⁠Creating committees for summer barbecue at the general assembly.
