We build community through food by providing hunger relief to people experiencing homelessness.

We just couldn’t do what we do without our AMAZING, wonderful, open-hearted volunteers! ✨💚✨ Much love to this gorgeous group of humans who stuffed 150 bags of snacks to go with our Giving Meals for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

It’s that magical time of year ✨🌱✨ when all the little plant bbs start to grow and flourish and the birds and bees are communing and all the hot, sweaty, exhausting hours you spent planting and weeding and tending results in spectacular aliveness and beauty. Interested in volunteering in the garden? Send a DM! Or email [email protected]

Building community through food!
💕🍽️💕
When we’re not cooking and delivering meals to our neighbors in the streets, or growing food at the community garden, we’re bringing food to the community fridges! In all these ways, we serve folks in Denver experiencing homelessness or food insecurity. Today we brought the rice and there were LOTS of other beautiful donations from the community including the bread and canned goods you see here. The need is so great… even though this pantry and fridge were full by the time we left, it’ll be empty again in an hour or sometimes less.
💕🍽️💕
Your donations enable us to keep cooking meals, purchasing ingredients, and growing fresh, organic produce for the deserving folks in Globeville, Five Points, and neighboring areas. If you believe food is a human right and want to support our work, consider donating!

Tomatoes for the people! ✨🍅✨ Much love to for literally filling up the van with tomato starts. 🥹 We couldn’t do the work we do without the support of our community partners. I can’t wait to see all these gorgeous, organic plant bbs put down roots in their new home at Garden Place. It’s going to be a fruitful season! ✨🍅✨

‘Tis the season for soil amendments!
✨🍄‍🟫✨
We love our friends at . Not only do they donate (slightly overgrown but still VERY beautifully delicious) mushrooms to our Giving Meals program but they always have spent mushroom casings available to amend the soil in the community garden! You can grab some, too, as they always give away this useful byproduct of their growing process, which enriches the soil and helps with moisture retention. I mean. Wow. Is there anything mushrooms CAN’T do?!
