Today I lost the last bit of faith I had in Denver actually doing the right thing to help the homeless.

Anytime Mayor Michael B. Hancock runs for any office again, if someone votes FOR him, it's actually a vote against moderate income people and low income people.

It's clear to me now.

He's a Black person that doesn't want to see people do well.

The money allocated to the Homeless gets divided up by groups sponsored by the city of Denver.

But the money would do much better if it was literally just handed to the homeless to rent apartments.

Michael B. Hancock is running a cabal of thieves masquerading as "help" to the homeless.

If you, as a single person with no pets, could rent an affordable room for rent in Denver, how much could you EASILY afford?

This is a survey to find out if we could break even by buying a house and renting the rooms out. Not an offer to rent out rooms......we're in research mode right now. The costs have to at least allow for us to break even and repair the things that break down.

Just message us or comment with the amount you could afford for rent.
