Ok, so I thought of something. For the first of the year lets try something k. Why don't we set alarm clocks from the time we get up to the time we go to sleep. We send a message to ourselves of motivational and inspiring memes lol... Inspirational Quotes every two hours except of course when we sleep. Since, alot of us get caught up in our emotions and negative thoughts. Until we realize what triggered it the first place. Change and retrain our brains with positive things. Than after everyday for that week we can each share the results with one another. Who is with me?

Anyone else think they have to put theirselves throughs lifes impossible scenarios. I watched a Prison show and now I am like.... well if I go I would survive. I know how to barter and not snitch bahaha. I am too much even for myself bahaha

I will say this. I am always scared to communicate especially with boundaries. I lost my voice til about 3 years ago. I never wanted to hurt people because we really know how it feels. However, putting some boundaries up and for myself left me with this profound feeling. Like I can do this. I can say how I feel and finally someone is allowing me to express myself for awhile and not ran. I feel much better having some boundaries like I finally have my voice back. Communication took 30 lbs of weight of my shoulders. I advise you to make some healthy boundaries and stand your ground too...
This New Year please make just a couple to start off with....

Holidays will always be rough for Bds. There's only one emotion which is intense. Which is what I love the most. We don't ever love half ass ever. Alot of you may feel like the dreadful black sheep with your family but you don't ever have to be alone. There's us the BDP Family. We know our daily struggles like any of our best friends. Tonight and all Holidays you're not alone. We don't need to punish ourselves anymore or look back. Together with all of love and extremes emotions lol. We can conquer the Galaxy not just our World.
