Habersham County Canning Plant The Habersham County Canning plant offers a fast and simple way for the Habersham community to process their own foods.

The canning plant offers large amounts of space so customers can process large quantities of product at a time. We have a wonderful staff that can provide advice and help for both new users as well as experienced canners. We offer a variety of services that include, but are not limited to: canning of low acid and high acid foods, blanching, peeling, cooking, juicing and chopping. We have a vast ar

ray of up to date equiptment such as a large steam cooking vats (large as 60 quarts), steam blanchers and sterilization hoods, stainless steel tables and sinks, potato peeler, juicer, 5 retorts (pressure canners that are capable of canning over 50 quarts at a time), vacumm sealer, food processor, and other needed supplies. We offer all of our services at a great price! Glass jars are only $ 0.40 per jar, but must be supplied by customer. Quart Cans are provided by the canning plant for
$ 1.75.
