As of this morning the Slow No Wake restriction has been lifted. That said, please use caution as there still may be floating debris in the water. As always be safe and in enjoy our lake!

Please be aware the Delavan Lake continues to be under a Slow No Wake restriction.
Here’s a message from Town Chairperson Mary Knipper:

Due to anticipated rain on Thursday and Friday, We will continue the slow no wake restrictions through the weekend.

Please be aware that due to the high water and wind a lot of sand has eroded and washed away at the beach. Specifically by the stairs there has been a significant loss of sand which results in a large gap between the stairs and beach. So please be cautious and watch your step if you are coming down to the beach. We are working on getting more sand to fix this.

Due to the weather conditions and the amount of rain we have received the past couple of days Austin Pier Service has stacked the panels of the pier in hopes of keeping the pier in its current location. Once the water height in the lake changes the panels will be placed back by Austin Pier Service. We will provide an update when that happens.
