The response from our community after the storm has been truly humbling. Seeing neighbors helping neighbors—clearing debris, checking on one another, lending equipment, and offering a helping hand—has been a wonderful reminder of what makes our Delmar community so special!!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has stepped up to help. Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to serve others have made a real difference.

We were asked by members to make a spot neighbors could comment if they are in need of help or willing to help out. If you are still in need of assistance with storm cleanup or recovery, or if you're able to volunteer your time, equipment, or skills, please leave a comment below. ⬇️

We hope everyone is doing ok after the storm that ripped through!! 😔 It has been wonderful to see neighbors helping neighbors in our community!!

The parade is still on for anyone that would like to join us. The route may be adjusted as we assess the safety of certain streets. Our hope this brings a small amount of joy to everyone’s day! See you at 10:45!

🎉 Join Us for Delmar’s 4th of July Parade & Celebration! 🇺🇸

The 4th of July Parade is on Saturday July 4th at 11am! We’d love to see you there, whether you’d like to participate in the parade or cheer from the sidelines.

After the parade, we’ll gather at Delmar Park to continue the celebration. It’s a great chance to connect with neighbors, enjoy some fun, and celebrate!

🎈 Want to be in the parade? Just show up ready to walk, or ride! Meet us at Delmar Park around 10:45am to line up.
🎉 Prefer to watch? Pick your favorite viewing spot on the route and wave as the parade rolls by!

📣 Subdivision-Wide Garage Sale Reminder! 🛍️
Don't forget — our neighborhood garage sales are happening this Friday, June 12th and Saturday, June 13th!

Thinking about selling but forgot or ran out of time to get one together? No worries! There will be another subdivision-wide rummage sale on Friday, August 7th and Saturday, August 8th — plenty of time to get ready for that one.
