It takes a village!!!! 💗

We have some new exciting endeavors happening over here at Well of Hope. God is opening doors and doing things we don’t even fully understand yet.

With new opportunities come new responsibilities. As the ministry continues to grow and God opens new doors, there are higher standards, more preparation, and many things that have to be brought completely up to par. That includes making sure our ministry home is safe, prepared, and ready for the inspections, assessments, and home studies that come with these new responsibilities.

And WOW… have people stepped up.

There have been people cleaning, repairing, organizing, fixing, encouraging, praying, and simply showing up when there was a need. Things that I could never have accomplished by myself have been accomplished in just a few days.

So thankful for the village that God has given us. My brothers and sisters in Christ for every hour spent, every prayer prayed, for just being there thank you thank you thank you!!!!!🙏

🎄❤️ HOPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS ❤️🎄

A Christmas at the Well Project

This Christmas, we want to take the Well beyond the four walls of our home.

On any given night, there can be thousands of people in the Houston area without a place to lay their head. We know firsthand that there are people right here in our communities who are hurting, struggling, and simply trying to make it through another night.

Over the years, God has blessed Well of Hope with the opportunity to bring women in need through our doors and provide them with a safe place to stay, food, clothing, love, and—most importantly—the hope of Jesus Christ.

But this year, we want to do more.

🎁 We are starting early with our “Hope for the Holidays” — Christmas at the Well Project.

Our goal is to put together Christmas gift bags for those who are homeless and in need. These bags will include practical necessities such as:

🧦 Socks
🧤 Gloves
🪥 Toothbrushes & toothpaste
🧼 Personal hygiene items
🍫 Snacks & other food items
❤️ And other essentials

But we don’t want to stop with meeting a physical need.

Every bag will also include Gospel tracts and the plan of salvation, because we believe the greatest gift we can give anyone isn’t something that can be wrapped. It’s the hope found in Jesus Christ. 🙏

We are beginning this project early so that our supporters have plenty of time to help us gather everything we need. We will be adding items specifically for Hope for the Holidays to an Amazon Wish List, and if you would like to participate, you can purchase an item and have it sent directly to the ministry.

We are so incredibly thankful for everything God has provided for Well of Hope. He has been faithful to us again and again, and now we want to carry it out to others in need.

This Christmas, let’s give someone more than a bag of necessities.

Lets give them HOPE. 🎄❤️

Meeting a physical need. Sharing the love of Christ. Pointing people to the Well that never runs dry.

Moving Day!!! 💪🙏🥰

We are so proud of Olivia as she and her sweet baby move into their very own place today. While every journey at Well of Hope looks different, our heart has always been to see women encounter Jesus, find hope, and take steps toward a stable, healthy future.

Not every resident leaves the same way. Some choose to return to old lifestyles, but we’re thankful Olivia is choosing to continue living for Jesus!

Olivia is working hard, found a job, and is taking this next step toward building a new life for herself and her little one. One of the things we’re especially thankful for is that she’ll still be close enough to continue coming to church, fellowshipping with us, and remaining connected to the family she’s built here. 🥰

We’re grateful for the time she spent at Well of Hope, thankful that she grew in her walk with Jesus, and excited to watch what God has in store for her next.

Please join us in praying for Olivia and her baby as they begin this exciting new chapter. Pray that God will continue to lead their steps, provide for every need, and establish them in His perfect will.

Congratulations girl! We love you, we’re cheering you on, and our doors and hearts will always be open to you. ❤️🏡🙏

Weekend ministry in Corpus 💗🙏

The Well of Hope girls and I were so blessed to be in such wonderful services and to experience the love and kindness shown to us everywhere we went.

A special thank you to First Assembly of God in Alice and Brother & Sister Torbert for inviting us to come share our hearts. Thank you for your gracious hospitality, the wonderful accommodations, and for going above and beyond to make our girls feel so loved and special. We are truly grateful.

Thank you as well to Glad Tidings and The Herridge Family for welcoming us and allowing us the opportunity to share what God is doing through Well of Hope. It is always an honor to tell others about this ministry and the life-changing work God is doing in the lives of these precious women.

I never take for granted the privilege of sharing my testimony and declaring the goodness of God. To think of where He brought me from and how He has redeemed my life to now be part of His work in bringing hope and restoration to others—it is nothing short of His amazing grace.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for us, encouraged us, and welcomed us with such love. We are heading home with full hearts, thankful for every opportunity God gives us to share the vision of Well of Hope and all He is doing.

There is nothing better here at Well of Hope than seeing one of our residents completely surrender her life to Jesus and get all the way in!

Our number one goal has never been simply to help women overcome difficult circumstances—it is to point them to Jesus, the Savior, Restorer, and sure foundation of their souls. Everything else flows from that relationship with Him.

Today we are celebrating our sweet Olivia and her decision to publicly declare her faith through baptism! We are so proud of the work God has done in her life and the commitment she has made to follow His plan for her future.

Congratulations! We can’t wait to see all that God has in store for you. Your story is still being written, and we know the best is yet to come.

We are so thankful to have been a part of the very first Camp Hope! What an incredible week it was. Watching these young people dive in, worship, and receive something from the Lord was truly a blessing.

It wasn’t just the kids who were touched—every one of us ladies from Well of Hope left changed. We came home stronger in God, encouraged, refreshed, and ready to do great things for His kingdom.

A huge thank you to William Persinger, Brittani Persinger, and Bible Way Pentecostal for all the sacrifices, hard work, and dedication it took to make this camp a reality. Your love for God and for these young people was evident in everything you did.

We can’t wait to see what God has in store for Camp Hope next year! ❤️🙌
