Annual Members: If your 2026 membership has already been renewed, please pay the Quartermaster $35. You may pay by check or Venmo the Post at . Include your name and “Renewal” in the memo line.

Proposal—Life Membership Rebate: A new member or Annual Member upgrading to Life Membership must attend at least six meetings during the first 12 months and participate in at least one major annual event. After 12 months, the member will receive a rebate equal to the cost of the Life Membership.

Build Membership envelopes to hand out. Flyers with QR codes. Will need someone with experience to create a VFW flyer and QR Code with Legislative goals, 2025/2026 achievements and such, application, Commander’s card and coin.

Normally Post purchases 100 coins @ $450 and Pat purchases $450. Permission to purchase 200 coins for Post @ $900 for recruiting purposes.

Voice of Democracy, Patriot’s Pen Essay Contests, and Teacher of the Year
Encourage your nieces, nephews, and grandchildren to participate, and invite them to nominate their teachers.
Submission deadline: November 1, 2026

December 2, 2026: Family Night and Awards & Recognition Dinner
