What started as vision almost 2 years ago is becoming a movement! A little Self Love Sunday energy!🌹🌊

Yesterday, we sat down with local media outlet The Dallas Weekly during Dallas Pride Week to talk about the work happening behind MascGentBosses from building community and creating intentional spaces for masculine-identifying q***r people to mentorship, wellness, leadership development, advocacy and expanding our impact beyond Texas.

As MGB moves deeper into advocacy, visibility matters more than ever. In today’s political and economic climate, our communities deserve to be seen, heard, represented and included in the conversations that impact our lives.

We just wrapped an incredible interview with our community partner as we head into Dallas Pride Week!🌈

One thing we’re noticing more and more, people are starting to ask us what we think.

Especially partners like The Dallas Weekly who value the work we’re doing in the community and our commitment to amplifying LGBTQ+ voices right here in Dallas.

We got to talk about what MGB is building especially as we expand our mentorship work globally, the work happening behind the scenes, Pride in Dallas, conversations around the WNBA and politics, and what we’re seeing and experiencing within our community in real time.

These are the conversations we want to be in. Not just showing up, but having a voice at the table and making sure our community is represented when these conversations are happening.

That’s visibility. That’s advocacy. That’s community!

One thing about MGB…you may see us online, but behind the scenes, we are truly building community and brotherhood in real time. Many of our friendships and relationships go back over a decade. That’s the kind of love, loyalty and energy we bring into this community.

Today, we want to give love and honor to one of our most valuable community members, Marsha G known as Marsha the G!👊

If you know Marsha, you know she has a heart of gold. She shows up. She supports. She pours into people. And no matter what life has brought her way, she keeps standing.

Five years ago, cancer came into her life and changed everything. Our community came together. People loved on her. She fought. She kept pushing! She didn’t give up!

And TODAY, we get to celebrate FIVE YEARS CANCER
FREE! As she says often, “F**k Cancer!”🙌🏾

Five years still standing. Five years still pushing. Five years still here. Five years still shining her MF light.

And that means something to us.

Because THIS is MGB. It’s bigger than what you see online. It’s brotherhood. It’s showing up when life gets real. It’s amplifying each other’s voices, even in the moments when we may not have the strength to speak for ourselves.

Marsha’s story and testimony are powerful, and the more she shares her journey, the more people she’s going to touch.

MGB SUCCESS STORY: JOANNE — ONE YEAR LATER👑🙌🏾

Today we’re giving flowers to one of MGB’s powerful success stories, Joanne! 💐🔥

Joanne is a masc military veteran, entrepreneur and founder of Joanne Castillo based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She joined MGB in September 2025 through the inner circle and within a month decided to go deeper, investing in six months of 1-on-1 coaching with Coach Dee!🐐💰

She came in wanting to scale her business, but quickly realized the work was bigger than business. We went deeper into mindset, healing, confidence, relationships, visibility and networking.

And Joanne SHOWED UP. She never missed a session. She stays plugged into the MGB community and consistently brings support, positivity and good energy. She doesn’t just receive from the community she pours back into it too.

And one year later, the growth speaks for itself:⬇️

🔥 Joanne Castillo has expanded into corporate wellness & tech spaces with bigger contracts.

🔥 Her relationship has grown, with both her and her partner receiving coaching along the journey.

🔥 One of their couple goals was to intentionally travel together for healing and deeper connection, and they recently made that happen with a healing retreat in Bali✈️🌴

🔥 The woman who once struggled with visibility and networking is now showing up in local & national spaces, meeting new people, building relationships and expanding her network.

The things she once struggled with are becoming her strengths.

THIS is what we mean by building legacy from within. It’s not just about growing the business. It’s about doing the inner work while building the life, relationships, community and legacy you desire.

At MGB, part of our mission is developing and pouring into the next generation of masc leaders, entrepreneurs, and community builders giving them the mentorship, tools, and support to grow what they’ve already started.

Meet Masc Gent Boss, Temprince Somone 🔥

At just 19, Temprince is a photographer, entrepreneur, junior Howard University, double majoring in Psychology & Sociology with a minor in Business Administration.

She’s also the founder of The Girls | DMV Social organization, a DMV based social club creating intentional spaces for Black and Brown masculine-presenting women to connect, build genuine friendships, and show up authentically.

Temprince is currently being mentored one-on-one by our founder, Coach Dee, Coach Dee • MOC Q***r Life Coach 🌈 through MGB, as she continues developing herself, her leadership, and her vision for The Girls | DMV Social organization 👊

This is what the mission looks like in motion, developing masc leaders who turn around and build community for others.

And today we’re loving on what it means to be a Masc Gent Boss.

We get asked all the time, “What does MascGentBosses mean?” And we love going deeper into that conversation because it’s bigger than a name.

For us, it’s masculine. Gentlewoman. Gentleman. And BOSS!💼😎

And BOSS ain’t just about business. It’s about owning who you are. Walking in your truth. Owning your identity, your confidence and the energy you bring into every room.

We’re masculine identifying people, whether that’s le***an, nonbinary or trans. We’re healing. We’re growing. We’re loving ourselves. And we’re showing up as ourselves unapologetically, no matter what anybody may think.

We’ve been dimmed for far too long. Over here at MGB, we shining bright AF!🔥✨

A fact about MascGentBosses is that we are going to make aligned connections and build meaningful relationships with other mascs who are on a mission to live out their true purpose through visibility, legacy building, healing and collaboration.

We had to chance to connect with LA based, DJ HARMON”YY”🤞🏽 | THE LOVE DJ while we were in Cali and her vibes spoke before she did. The willingness to connect, collab and the love she showed to the MGB movement was why we do the work we do and have created this powerful community.

Today we want to highlight her and the incredible work she has done and doing as a masc presenting DJ.

A California-based female DJ and aspiring producer redefining live music experiences through connection, resilience, and a signature sound that transcends genres.

HARMON”YY”🤞🏽 | THE LOVE DJ, also known as The Love DJ (with two Y’s), is a California-based female DJ known for creating high-energy, emotionally driven music experiences. Refusing to fit into a single category and staying out a box, she performs across festivals, club events, and live performances while also producing original music with a signature sound and style.

With performances in over 15 cities across the United States., DJ Harmonyy has built a respected brand rooted in connection, intention, and consistency. Her story reflects grit, resilience, and a commitment to leading with love, bringing energy to every room and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact.
