So, I will tell all of you this. Our board is not only veterans, but we are all VFW members, or qualified. We are 100% volunteer! Every dime donated goes to helping local vets! But, i will tell you this. If i spend a bunch of time explaining what our mission is, and what we are trying to do. If i explain who I am as a man, and open up with my mental health struggles. If i tell you what we are trying to do as an organization. Then i explain the veterans we will help in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and possibly beyond. And your reaposne is that what we are doing is that it is amazing! I get excited that we have support. But the you spend the next 20 minutes bragging about your investments, and how many millions you have in the bank. Then you tell me you do not donate? Sorry man, you are just rubbing it it, and are trash in my book. Do not brag to a nonprofit that you have more miney than anyone else in the area, and basically say “f**k you”! Makes me appreciate all of you more. Thank you for the support at all of our events. We will make our goals happen, and take care of veterans because of you!
