Last season Kingston ended the season running 13.38, before that he expressed how hard it was for him to leave the 14s behind. This season he set a goal to run 12.9, within 2 weeks he has surpassed that goal. We are so proud of him. Continue watching his journey to see what’s next.

From elementary to middle school, and then into high school, the foundation teaches matters. Discipline isn’t built overnight…it’s built in the small moments, trusting the process when results aren’t instant.

Seeing Josiah (middle school) and Riley (freshman) both place 1st overall in their divisions was awesome! It wasn’t just a win, it’s proof! Proof that all the repetition, the years of training, the belief..it works! and when you find that right coach… and you stick with that foundation…the possibilities are limitless.

Our 2nd Annual Athlete Celebration was truly something special 🤍🧡💙

We are beyond proud of these athletes and the hard work, consistency, and dedication they poured into this season. The growth we’ve seen on and off the track means everything to us.

We’re so excited for what the 2026 season has in store.

A huge thank you to for taking the time to speak to our athletes. Hearing her journey as a current runner and seeing what’s possible through hard work and belief was incredibly motivating for our kids.

Thank you to every athlete, parent, family member, and supporter who came out to celebrate with us, and to everyone who helped make this night happen. We couldn’t do this without our village.

I make sure I sprint because my athletes need to see the standard, not just hear about it. Sprinting isn’t just running fast… it’s a statement of intent, discipline, and capability.

Here’s the truth:
90% of men over 30 have lost the ability to sprint. Not to jog, not to run a mile, but to explode off the ground like the body was built to.

When my athletes see me sprint, they see someone who still moves with purpose, who practices what he preaches, and who treats speed as a skill worth maintaining. It’s not about showing off, it’s about showing up.

If I expect them to give their best, I have to be willing to do the same. Sprinting keeps me sharp, humble, and connected to the grind I ask them to embrace every day.

Most people lose their speed. My athletes build it. Message me today, limited spots open 🔥

Thankful and grateful that our program was able to rise from the ground up, as today we stand here as the AAU 2025 Club of the Year. To also be honored as the AAU 2025 Coach of the Year is not just my award, it belongs to every parent who trusted me with their child’s future and every athlete who showed up, worked hard, and competed against the best in the city, Southern California, the West Coast, and across the nation.

We’re just getting started, will continue to come back faster, stronger, and better, setting new milestones and creating new opportunities for the next generation of sprinters and leaders.
