I had the privilege of reading Saturday at the Food Pantry by Diane O'Neill to Koty Trammell's 3rd grade class today!
They had lots of great questions about what kinds of food we have, where we get our food, and how everything could possibly be free!
They even made affirmation cards for us to pass out to our patrons!
What a sweet group of kiddos and their amazing teacher!

September's Item of the Month is Wheats and Grains!

These are staple items in anyone's pantry, which means they are items that we aren't often lucky enough to receive! Help us stock your neighbors pantries with some staples this month! Anything helps!

Also, if your business or church would like to do a drive, we would be glad to pick up those items at the end of the month! Reach out to us here on Facebook to set that up!

Another busy month for us in August!

Join us for September as we start busy season and holiday season by becoming a part of The Supper Club and donating monthly and/or coming to volunteer with us.

Our Pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-3:30pm with a closure for lunch from 12-1.

We are gearing up for a very busy September, and we need your help!

We will likely serve over 300 families just this week, and we are in need of volunteers specifically in the afternoons on Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm-4pm.

To volunteer, just walk in the door, and we will get you started! If you have any questions, you can message us here on Facebook, comment below, or call our office for more info!

September is Hunger Action Month, and we need your help to make sure no neighbor goes hungry!

​Every month, The Pantry supports 1,000 local families in reaching full plates and peace of mind. Giving once makes an immediate impact, but giving monthly ensures there’s always room for seconds.

​That’s why we’re launching The Supper Club—a dedicated community of monthly givers committed to ending local hunger. Just $30 a month directly feeds a local family.

2,700 POUNDS!
That is what we rescued from a local Dollar General that lost power from the storms last night!
Thank you to our local Dollar Generals for donating rather than discarding and for all of our amazing volunteers and partner agencies that came to help out!
What a blessing!
