Today, we celebrate and thank the hardworking farmers who keep our communities growing!

Several of our Crestview FFA members contribute to different farms, and we are proud to recognize the dedication, long hours, and hard work that go into agriculture every day.

This photo was captured by Austin Yinger using his drone, giving us a great view of harvest season in action!

Thank you to all the farmers for everything you do to feed our communities and keep agriculture thriving. Wishing everyone a safe and successful harvest season!

Congratulations to our Rural Soils team on placing 26th at the Ohio FFA State Soils Contest this weekend in Frankfort, Ohio!

The team was led by Ian Owens, followed by Tate Lichtensteiger, Harold Smazenko, and Dylan Young. These boys represented Crestview FFA well, marking our chapter’s first trip to the state soils contest in more than 14 years!

Way to go, boys! We are proud of your hard work and this accomplishment!

Our chapter has been busy with multiple events recently, but we would still like to take the time to recognize our outstanding fair exhibitors! Congratulations to all of our members on the hard work, dedication, and countless hours you invested throughout the fair season. From caring for animals and preparing projects to competing in the show ring, your commitment did not go unnoticed. We are proud of all the accomplishments earned and the way each of you represented Crestview FFA. Your perseverance, sportsmanship, and passion for agriculture continue to make our chapter stronger. Great job to all of our exhibitors, and thank you for your dedication to making this fair season a success! 💙💛

The Crestview FFA Soils CDE teams recently traveled to the District Soil Judging Contest to put their knowledge and skills to the test. Members evaluated soil, land use capabilities, and conservation practices while competing against students from across the district.

Crestview was represented by both Urban and Rural Soil Judging teams, with four members competing in the Urban division and five members competing in the Rural division. Throughout the contest, members demonstrated their hard work, dedication, and preparation as they analyzed soil pits and completed challenging evaluations.

The team is now awaiting official results, which are expected to be released in the upcoming days. We are proud of all of our members for their effort and commitment to the Soil Judging CDE and look forward to seeing how they performed.
