The Keystone Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) serves the educational, business and networking needs of community associations in the Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware. The mission of the Keystone CAI is to provide education and leadership that will foster vibrant and effective community associations and positively enhance the experience of creating, living in and working in partnership with common-interest developments.

Archie’s All Stars is CAI Keystone’s way of shining a spotlight on our members, their accomplishments, achievements, and all the stuff that makes them awesome!

Jessica may be the new Community Manager for Saw Creek Estates, but she’s no newcomer to the community! She has worn so many hats there over the years that, as her nominator puts it, “the hat tree is full.” Her unwavering dedication and exemplary leadership make her an Archie’s All Star, and we’re excited to recognize her contributions!

Last Friday, CAI's Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee (PA LAC) met in-person for its October reorganizational meeting.

We were pleased to present a token of our appreciation to outgoing PA LAC Chair Robert Travis, CIRMS, CPIA, EBP in thanks for his service from 2024-2026. Bob will continue serving as a delegate on PA LAC and will be the new chair of CAI PAC Pennsylvania (PAC PA).
