Starting October 1, 2026, AEP Ohio is now Ohio Power Company.

You’ll begin seeing the new Ohio Power Company name and logo on your electric bills, statements, emails, and website.

🏠 What’s changing?
• New company name and logo
• A new look for your electric bill
• Clearer separation of distribution, transmission, and generation costs
• Your electricity generation supplier will be easier to identify
• Added monthly energy-use information to help you track your consumption
📄 What’s staying the same?
Your electric service, account, and how you contact the utility remain the same.

Mobilize to Site / Prep Equipment / Prep Site = 9/21/26
Demolition Day 1 = 9/22/26
Expected Demolition Duration = 9/22/26 – 10/13/26 (about 3 weeks)
