Explore the future of manufacturing with us! Manufacturing (MFG) Day is a nationwide initiative designed to raise awareness about the vast opportunities in modern manufacturing. Every year, on the first Friday of October, manufacturers open their doors to students, educators, and the public, showcasing the rewarding, high-paying careers available in this evolving industry. MFG Day doesn't stop there—it extends throughout October, with over 3,000 events hosted across 49 states, Canada, and Mexico last year, involving more than 325,000 students. These events offer a firsthand look at today’s advanced manufacturing technologies, from artificial intelligence and 3D printing to co-bots (collaborative robots) and augmented reality. For attendees, MFG Day presents the chance to step onto shop floors and witness the future of manufacturing. No longer confined to the assembly lines of the past, the industry now thrives with cutting-edge technologies, giving the next generation the tools to create the future. Whether in person or through virtual events, MFG Day inspires the workforce of tomorrow to explore careers that are essential to innovation and progress.
