We've got SPOTS available in two of our most popular classes this weekend: 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻, and 𝗛𝗩𝗔𝗖 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 (open to all). Please NOTE that this is likely the last time they are offered in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, as they are held in an unheated outdoor classroom. Please register ASAP -- link is in the image.

Let's make these spots disappear!

Nearly 44% of women in the construction trades have considered leaving their careers, often because they’re the only woman on their job site. Recruitment gets women through the door, but community and sisterhood keep them there.

Driven by our board and local volunteers, COWIT builds the network that tradeswomen need to stay connected, recognize workplace safety, and thrive in living-wage careers. Our free monthly tradeswomen nights are just the place for our local sisterhood to thrive.

We need donations to keep this support system strong. Donate today:

🐦 🏠 Join Chrissy, construction instructor and co-founder of COWIT, as she assembles birdhouses for our Garden & Garage Sale tomorrow. You can purchase a birdhouse with a hole customized for the bird species you desire, or buy one premade.

Price is $25 per birdhouse, or $20 for the unassembled kit. All proceeds benefit Central Ohio Women in the Trades.

Guided by our board and backed by our dedicated network of working tradeswomen, COWIT’s here to make sure no woman has to navigate a job site alone.

We’re often asked, “How can I help?” Here’s one major way you can help us hold the line for local tradeswomen.

While our workshop fees cover raw physical supplies, community support keeps our doors open, our outreach moving, and our support networks accessible across Central Ohio. Pitch in $10, $25, or $50 today to keep this sisterhood strong:

It looks intimidating but you are 100% allowed to come through to visit a home or business on E. Cooke Road, especially on the weekends. You can come through either Maize (recommended) or Karl Road. The weather looks sprinkly all afternoon but GUESS WHAT: We have an ENORMOUS garage so everything except plants, a few pots, and some patio furniture will be DRY. Hey, we're gardeners so we'll manage a few raindrops! 👩‍🌾
