Thank you for another successful Family Conference Dinner Night. We sincerely appreciate the dedication of our faculty and staff at GLHS. This event would not be possible without the generous support of donations and the collective effort invested to ensure a successful evening.

A special thank you to Tonia Downard for once again leading the charge and coordinating this event with excellence.

Parent–Teacher Meals Volunteer Information

If you are scheduled to volunteer today, please plan to arrive at 2:30 PM (no earlier).

Enter through Door 1A off Havens Corners Road. All volunteers must bring a valid ID and check in at the front desk to receive a visitor badge. Setup will take place in the North Commons.

We will need volunteer support from 2:30 PM through approximately 5:30 PM, with the highest need between 2:30 PM and 3:45 PM during the initial setup and food arrival.

Main Tables

Bellacino’s will deliver at approximately 2:40 PM, including
2 salad trays 80 grinders, divided into 480 three‑inch subs
We need to plan to mark these with the types of subs immediately to keep the flow of the line moving.
A variety of desserts, chips, and mints
Pasta salads, salad bowls, cheeses, and assorted toppings that will need to be distributed across the main tables
Multiple cases of soda and water for table placement preferred to be in-between the main set up and the gluten free table for divide.
There is a limited amount of gluten free items, so we need to ensure that this is completely isolated so those without allergies are not pulling from this table

Gluten-Free Table (Separate Setup)

Firehouse Subs Gluten-Free Platter, which must remain completely separate from the regular grinders
Gluten-free–labeled chips and desserts, to be shared between both setups as appropriate for what is marked gluten free
Salad and dressing, which will also need to be separated to avoid cross‑contact
There is a limited amount of gluten free items, so we need to ensure that this is completely isolated so those without allergies are not pulling from this table
