Garcia is at home with the Freedom Family!

After R&R with Dr. Lisa, she said Garcia, (adopted from the Pryor herd), was healthy, and he had gained some needed pounds, Garcia was ready to join the Freedom Family! Dr. Lisa trailered him there, and it took him very little time to start his new band! Here he is with 2 of the older FF mares, Sierra and Mae West, who seem to welcome this new guy into their lives.

PRYOR ROUNDUP LEGAL UPDATE—

The Court set a hearing in Billings on Oct. 13 to address the TCF motion for a preliminary injunction.
Our attorneys are already hard at work with our experts to prepare the “plaintiff(TCF) response” on 10/13.

The Cloud Foundation attorneys have been successful in having the start date of the Pryor wild horse removal pushed back to October 19 instead of Oct. 1. This postponement allowed additional time for the attorneys to prepare all the documents required for the initial phase of the litigation. A TRO (temporary restraining order) was filed against the BLM today by our attorneys. Now we have to wait and see how the court addresses it.
