Uchikomis Down-the-Line…..great way to get used to different size opponents.

Happy Birthday Sensei Kiko!🥳
Some of us coaches have known each other for 30+ years!?😳 We trained & lived together….traveled together…we cried & laughed together….judo has given us the opportunity to make precious memories, meet our other halves and make lifelong friends❣️

It has come full circle and it’s been a blessing coaching the next generation of kids. Hope to pass on the importance of the special bonds we have made through the sport of judo. 🥋🥰
