The SFA 4-24 Annual Summer Picnic will be on 18 July at the Lost Dutchman Fishing Resort just minutes from Florissant, and Divide Colorado. Our ADVON will be up there from 15-19 July if you want to come up and hang out with us. Camp sites will be available again this year. Look for the link to RSVP which will be posted ASAP

Join us this Saturday 20 June 2026 at the American Legion Post 38 in Fountain, Colorado for our monthly meeting. We will recap the SFA National Convention and the 74th Edition of the 10th SFG(A) Org Week Family Day Picnic and Alumni Night. Our meeting will start promptly at 1230.

The annual 10th SFG(A) Org Week will be the week of 8-12 June, 2026. All of the Org Week activities will take place on the 10th SFG(A) Compound. On Wednesday 10 June 2026 beginning at 1500 there will be a Cohort Retirement Ceremony for active duty and alumni of 10th SFG(A) who are getting ready to retire or for the alumni who simply left active duty without a retirement ceremony. This event draws a lot of us old timers and it is greatly appreciated.

Immediately following the retirement ceremony is "Alumni Night". Alumni Night was started during Col Ferguson's time as Group Commander and has become an Org Week tradition. Alumni Night is a way that the active duty soldiers can mingle with all of us "Gray Beards" or as many would rather be called "Retirees". Either way, this is 10th SFG(A) honoring all who served with the Originals and call them family, so we all need to show up and represent! I have attached the flyer for Alumni Night. There is a QR Code on the flyer. Simply use your camera on your phone, open the QR and signup. It's that simply! Lets overrun the compound with "Gray Beards"!!

Brothers- I just got off the phone with one of our Chapter Members, Warren Gerig who lost his wife to a sudden brain aneurism. He has a Funeral Service at 1st Presbyterian Church downtown tomorrow afternoon, and a Graveside Service at Pikes Peak National Cemetery next week. He would like me to email the Chapter with the details. Also, could we send some flowers to his residence from the Chapter? If so, his address is as follows-
