Big news for our community 🚀

Colorado Springs Rising Professionals (CSRP) is officially operating as a Council of the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC.

For more than a decade, CSRP has proudly grown under the Chamber & EDC’s Foundation for Colorado Springs Future. Now, we’re stepping into an expanded role — with enhanced programming, stronger leadership pathways, and deeper integration into the business and civic fabric of the Pikes Peak region.

This transition isn’t just structural — it’s strategic.

As an official Council of the Chamber & EDC, CSRP members will gain access to:
• Mentor Mixes led by established leaders
• Tangible leadership and professional skill development
• Conversations around networking, financial literacy, leadership, and more
• Direct connection to the region’s top business and civic influencers

Our first Mentor Mix will take place on March 25 from 5–7 p.m. at the Chamber & EDC office, and we can’t wait to kick off this next chapter.

Integrating CSRP fully into the Chamber & EDC framework formalizes what we’ve always believed — investing in rising professionals is investing in the future of Colorado Springs.

For more than a decade, CSRP has operated under the Chamber & EDC’s Foundation for Colorado Springs Future. Now, the Chamber & EDC is elevating the initiative with expanded programming designed to provide tangible leadership and skill development opportunities.

Membership, which is open exclusively to members of the Chamber & EDC, will include Mentor Mixes led by established leaders on topics including networking, financial literacy, leadership, and more. The first Mentor Mix will be on March 25 from 5-7 p.m. at the Chamber & EDC office.
