Care and Share Food Drive

Our final number of pounds was 1,262!!! Thanks to our neighbors for your support of our food drive to benefit Care and Share. With your generosity, we broke all prior records.

You've helped to make the holidays brighter for our community and we are so appreciative!

Chipper Days: This year we have two Chipper Weeks. The first one will start on June 16th and the second week will start on September 8th. Each one usually last about a week to get through the neighborhood. Advance sign up is mandatory, go to https://www.coswildfireready.org/neighborhood-chipping-program

Last day to sign up for chipper week is 06/13/2025!!!

Sidewalk Snow Removal

Please be aware of the City of Colorado Springs rule: Residents must clear sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowstorm, and businesses must clear sidewalks by 5 PM the day after

Thank you to everyone who has cleared your sidewalks for all our active walkers in the neighborhood.

When walking be careful on those wet looking surfaces, it could be ice!

It is time to renew or sign up for Pinecliff HOA Membership and Trash Service. Please complete your payment before February 20, 2025.

Annual rates for trash service from 3/1/25 through 2/28/26:

¨  Curbside Trash Only $163.50 + $50 HOA Dues = $213.50

¨  Curbside Trash & Recycling $261.00 + $50 HOA Dues = $311.00

¨  Carryout Trash Only $228.30 + $50 HOA Dues = $278.30

¨  Carryout Trash & Recycling $390.60 + $50 HOA Dues = $440.60

¨  Pinecliff HOA Dues only (no Trash Service) = $50.00

All Pinecliff Homeowners’ Association members are welcome to take advantage of our trash program.

As a result of the recent bad weather in the Colorado Springs area, service in your community will be delayed today. Please ask residents to leave containers out until 7:00PM.

Extending Our Care and Share Food Drive through Friday, November 22

The Bad Weather Won’t Deter Us

To make up for lost time last week with the two snowstorms, we are extending the Care and Share food drive through Friday, November 22. The grey bins are waiting for your food contributions.

Our goal has not changed. We are aiming to deliver at least 900 pounds of non-perishable food to help our community.

When: Wednesday, November 6 through Friday, November 22

Care and Share Needs: Non-perishable current-dated foods (e.g., canned fruits, veggies, soups, meat or tuna, peanut butter, cereal, oatmeal, pre-packaged snacks, boxed dinners)

Drop-Off Location: At the marked bin labeled Care and Share in front of 5121 Cliff Point Circle West

Drop-Off Times: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm daily

Your PHOA Social Committee will be making its first trip to the Care and Share Distribution Center early this week and as often as necessary throughout the drive with your food contributions so that our food contributions can be dispensed in time for the holiday season.

Our PHOA’s last two Care and Share holiday food drives have averaged an impressive 871 pounds of food to support our community. Our goal is to surpass that donation average with this year’s drive, so we need your help.

When: Wednesday, November 6 through Friday, November 22
Care and Share Needs: Non-perishable current-dated foods (e.g., canned fruits, veggies, soups, meat or tuna, peanut butter, cereal, oatmeal, pre-packaged snacks, boxed dinners)
Drop-Off Location: At the marked box labeled Care and Share in front of 5121 Cliff Point Circle West
