Need a Volunteer!!!

Our regular person who manages the Neighborhood Garage Sale will be out of town this year. We are looking for someone who can volunteer to manage the neighborhood garage sale. The tentative date was set for June 20th, but you can change that date to whatever makes it easier for you. We can also give you some pointers on what was done the last several years. We have the Garage Sale signs for the neighborhood. We will post the signs in the entry to the neighborhood the week before the actual garage sale.

We received this notice from Republic Services this afternoon:

Hello,

While the intent is to complete recycling service as scheduled today, there is a possibility that service for a portion of the community may be delayed until tomorrow.

Please advise residents that if items are not collected by 7:00 PM this evening, they should have them out to the curb by 7:00 AM tomorrow.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

To Pinecliff homeowners, there is a water main break that is blocking traffic on Popes Valley Drive. Repairs are estimated to be completed by 6 PM today, April 26th.

Colorado Spring Utilities also texted out a link for tips on flushing your service line once water is restored.

Most water quality issues can be resolved by customers flushing their service line. Follow the instructions below to clean out your service line.

Republic Services notified us this afternoon that their truck broke down and will not be able to pick up the trash from all the houses today. There are about 200 homes that did not get their trash picked up today.

Republic Services will pick up all remaining trash tomorrow. Please have your trash out by 7:00 AM tomorrow.

A set of keys was found with a Toyota key on it in the last few days within the neighborhood. Please reach out or comment if you are missing keys and we can connect these with the right owner.
