As a teenager, Chloe went through medical transition procedures before ultimately choosing to detransition as an adult. Now, she encourages Coloradans to help protect young people from making permanent, life-altering medical decisions before they turn 18.

In Colorado, we place age limits on major decisions like voting, buying alcohol, and entering contracts.

Our initiative simply applies that same common sense—requiring individuals to wait until age 18 for irreversible surgical procedures.

Every child deserves a safe childhood, and some lines should never be crossed.

While plenty of mistakes in life deserve a second chance, s*x trafficking a child isn't one of them.

We are introducing a crucial ballot initiative this November to ensure that those who commit the unspeakable crime of child s*x trafficking face life in prison without the possibility of parole.

It’s time to send a clear, clear-cut message: our children are off-limits, and perpetrators will be held fully accountable—permanently.
