Our capability to manage unexpected changes our communities face is rooted in remaining proactive and responding with flexibility and innovation. This is why it was important for Hightroots Wellness to provide a space where community members and professionals alike can learn about High Reliability Organization (HRO) training, LEAN principles, and simplifying language to strengthen community impact and resilience.

Attendees practiced how to make everyday verbal and written communication clear and concise, which is key to cultivating safe organizations. From navigating our neighbors to resources to running successful initiatives, clear communication helps us be proactive in meeting the needs of our community.

100% of survey respondents said that as a result of attending, their knowledge and understanding of communication and community collaboration increased.

Thank you to all of the amazing facilitators who made this day possible, ensuring our community can face any challenge with the right tools.
