We’re thrilled to welcome Kayla to our teaching team with a brand-new weekly schedule!

🗓 Weekly Lineup:

Wednesdays & Fridays (Adults): Mindful Vinyasa Flow — An intentional, grounding class focused on stress relief, strength, and nervous system regulation.

Saturdays (Family Class): All-Ages Family Yoga — Bring the whole crew! A fun, welcoming space for kids and adults to move and connect together.

💡 Good to Know:

These are drop-in classes, but space is capped at 4 dancers/participants per class to keep every session intimate.

While drop-ins are welcome, pre-registration on our website is strongly encouraged to guarantee your spot before coming in!

We're trying to beat our partner, Amazing Care Home Health Services to 1000 followers on Instagram. Why? Glad you asked. Because one of their employees said "Let's race to 1000" and then when we beat them on Facebook, he said "Um, yeah, we're focusing on Instagram. That's why you beat us." Uh huh, likely story. It couldn't be that he didn't enjoy us beating them to 1000 on Facebook. 😆

Here's what we need from you. Head over to our Instagram account and click that "Follow" button, save a couple of the posts (because Instagram loves seeing saves), and like, comment, share. The wait is almost over... and today we’re dropping the official gear from our October 1st video! ⚾️✨

These are the official replicas of the baseball jerseys the Golden Chrysalises are wearing for the shoot. We’ve even included the custom details that keep our dancers safe: a special white jersey for Leta to help her stay cool, and sleek black versions for Natalie and Faith. We even have a pure 'Fan Version' in white so you can match the squad! (If we get enough requests to add a black version to the shop, we will.)

Every jersey purchased directly funds the scholarships that keep these elite artists moving forward. Plus, did we mention that there is always free shipping?
