Leadership Pikes Peak is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was founded in 1976 with the initial name of Citizens' Goals for the Colorado Springs Community. Since its inception, LPP has been dedicated to providing leadership development programs focused on community engagement in the Pikes Peak region. With over 2,500 graduates, Leadership Pikes Peak has cultivated a network of community truste

es who are actively involved in making the Pikes Peak region a vibrant and thriving place to live, work, and play. One of the primary objectives of Leadership Pikes Peak is to educate both current and aspiring leaders about the community, its needs, and its resources. Through a variety of programs and initiatives, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities present in the region. This knowledge equips them with the tools and insights needed to effectively address these issues and contribute to positive change in our community.
