Danny Soteres has done it again, and maybe better than ever: His 2026 Colorado Gentlemen’s Olympiad brought more than 20 sharp-dressed, sporting and community-minded men into the morning sunlight. And once again, he had this multi-event competition (which started with a b***o race and fencing duels) raise funds for NAMI Colorado Springs. We cannot thank him and his friends enough.

Great teams doing great things today: The PLACE held its Off the Street Breakfast under the Colorado Avenue Bridge, and then Gazette Charities Foundation organized a blood drive with the American Red Cross at World Arena. Thanks to both for their work!

The NAMI Colorado Springs office will be closed July 6-10, to provide dedicated downtime for staff to engage in self-care. However, support groups and classes will operate as normally scheduled.
