Service does not end when the uniform is put away, & remembrance should never fade with time. This year, the Brothers of Pikes Peak Lodge #5 are proud to continue our commitment to Wreaths Across America, joining our community in honoring the men & women who served our nation & remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

On Saturday, December 19, 2026, we will gather at Evergreen Cemetery to place wreaths upon the graves of our fallen heroes. Each wreath represents more than a decoration, it is a symbol of gratitude, sacrifice, remembrance, & a promise that their service will not be forgotten.

As Masons, we are taught that our obligations extend beyond the walls of the Lodge. We are called to serve our communities, support those in need, honor those who came before us, & teach future generations the value of service, sacrifice, brotherhood, & freedom.

On 19 September, we proudly recognized & rewarded Senior Deacon Brandon Bryant who answered the challenge to study deeper & share the Light of Masonic knowledge & won the first place prize.

The staff of Pikes Peak Lodge #5 implemented its first Masonic Lecture Contest with a simple but important purpose: to encourage Brothers to go beyond simply knowing the Craft & begin truly studying, understanding, & applying its lessons. By providing incentives for participation, we seek to make Masonic education something that Brothers actively pursue, discuss, & share with one another. Every Brother who researches a subject, prepares a lecture, stands before his Brothers, & shares what he has discovered contributes to the intellectual & spiritual strength of the Lodge.

Congratulations & thank you to Brother Joe Rocha, Junior Deacon Kelvin Brooks Jr., & Senior Deacon Brandon Bryant for accepting the challenge, participating, & investing in their Masonic growth. The reward may recognize the effort, but the greatest prize is the Light gained along the journey. When we challenge one another to learn, the entire Lodge grows.

Brother Geronimo’s daughter & her Varsity Basketball Team are preparing for their upcoming winter season. Behind every young athlete are countless hours of practice, discipline, sacrifice, teamwork, & a family committed to helping them succeed.

If it is within your means, we humbly ask that you consider contributing to her basketball fundraiser. No contribution is too large or too small. Every donation helps support the team, enhances the experience of these young athletes, & reminds them that their community believes in their hard work & aspirations.

The Brothers of Pikes Peak Lodge #5 honor the hardworking men & women whose labor, sacrifice, skill, & dedication have helped build & our communities & our nation.

As Masons, we are reminded that every worthy structure begins with good work, proper tools, & a strong foundation. The same is true of our families, our communities, & ourselves. May we continue to labor with brotherhood, service, integrity, & purpose, remembering that the true measure of our work is not what we build for ourselves, but what we leave standing for those who come after us.

Good men build; great men serve; Brothers build together.
