Our longstanding family dental practice is looking for a part-time dental hygienist. Available 2 days of week, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Hours of operation are 7 am to 4 pm. New patients are seen by Doctor. Hygiene appointments are 1 – 1.5 hours. Candidates must have a friendly, calm welcoming demeanor with good communication skills and strong work ethic. We are looking for a long term, professional, team player and who is dedicated to patient care.
· Minimum 2 years experience.
· AS or BS degree
· Current on CPR and license in state of Colorado

Looking for some extra cash? We are looking for a part time hygienist to work on Saturdays from 8a-2p North Colorado Springs. We have a fun staff and all get along great. Our patients are served mimosas or another drink when they arrive and we provide free whitening trays and whitening gel for life. Our goal is to make the patient feel as comfortable as possible. We have 1 hour recall, 1.5 new patient, and 1.5 to 2 hour SRP depending on your and your patient's needs. The hygiene operatories were just installed in December have all new equipment. Heated massage dental chairs, cavitron built into the chair and new x-ray sensor and NOMAD. Working on getting a laser in the next couple months. New instruments and utilize mostly sharpen free. I'm the lead hygienist, and the doctor is very laid back. Please contact me if you are interested! Willing to pay well to make it worth your time and willing to allow for only 2 weekends a month instead of every Saturday.

Well a delegate is someone who volunteers their time to help vote on and shape our rules and regulations in Colorado. You would be serving as a representative of Colorado Springs and only have to donate a day of your time to contribute. Want to do more? I'll be continuing as your Colorado Springs Component Trustee but we need representation in Southern Colorado if you know of anyone that might be interested!!

Good morning CO Hygienists,

I hope that you are well, or at least surviving. Personally, I'm feeling like our new PPE/protocols are rather normal now, and the PPE supply chain seems to be slowly getting better... Hopefully the worst is behind us.

These past few months, I relied on my trustees to pass along information to you at the local level, and the trustees also passed along important information to me from our members. Additionally, the trustees have attended BOT meetings where they have voted on numerous items that affect the day-to-day operations of the association.

Personally, I began my leadership journey with CODHA as a trustee, and really enjoyed the opportunity to reach out to and support local members!

We are looking for volunteers to serve as trustees for the 2019-2020 fiscal year! The time commitment is minimal, with about five meetings (probably all zoom) per year. CODHA was just made aware of this campaign by the Colorado Springs a Dental Society. We contacted CDA immediately, and were assured this is NOT their position! In fact, CDA is trying to squash this.

At the state level, we still have a great relationship with CDA! 😀

This is a great reminder how important it is to be a member of ADHA/CODHA. We have lobbyists who advocate on our behalf! The more members we have, the stronger our position!

Hello there. I am an RDH that just moved to Colorado Springs. I need help finding a great dentist to go to with an amazing hygienist! any recommendations would be great as I am new to the state and don't have any inside information yet. I live in the South but am willing to travel anywhere in COS or surrounding areas for a good office! Thank you 😊
