This past weekend our VP Gillian joined the W**d Warrior group with our GOG Rangers for their monthly volunteer day! They focused on clearing invasive mullein.

We got a little taste of fall this weekend! There are just a few more trail work weekends left to go if you've been busy this summer or have been trying to beat the heat.

It was a gorgeous evening for a ride though the Garden this evening. If you are visiting the park this Saturday (8/23), watch out for cyclists competing in the race that briefly goes through the road in GOG.

If you prefer something a little more laid back, Early Bird Hike & Bike returns to the park on August 27th! The road in the park will be closed to vehicles from 5am-8am.

Be a Friend of Garden of the Gods and resist the urge to scramble on the rocks in the park. Going up is always easier than finding your way back down! Our friendly park rangers will be glad to give you advice on routes within your abilities and how YOU can help protect Garden of the Gods.

While rewatching The Knick (set in 1900), I noticed a familiar scene hanging on the wall!
