Strong peer programs don’t happen by accident. They’re built through effective supervision.

If your organization relies on peer staff, how you support and guide them directly impacts engagement, retention, and outcomes. This two-day training focuses on the real challenges supervisors face in peer-based environments without blurring the line into clinical oversight.

You’ll learn how to:
• Build culturally responsive peer teams
• Clearly separate peer vs. clinical supervision roles
• Strengthen your approach to supervising peer staff
• Lead with ethical, consistent practices that protect your program
