VETS We created a truly unique job culture measurement capability we'll use to match veterans with companies where they'll fit in and thrive from the start.

What Do We Do? We developed a proprietary process that accurately measures an organization’s culture, despite all the delusions, glossy brochures, lawyers, wishful thinking, fear of retaliation, etc.

-With that mathematical description, we’ll search a database of veterans who were measured the same way for solid matches with each organization’s culture. We’ll then give employers or admissions rep

resentatives a rank-ordered list of candidates (who will go through the regular hiring or admissions process).

-Both sides will benefit because they’ll start the application knowing that they fit each other well.
