Ferguson “Gus” Update from his foster moms

“ Oh my goodness, I just can’t with this dood. My foster boy is so precious!
Gus is a special guy looking for his perfect forever family. He has medication controlled heart disease and cannot be neutered. He is doing great with potty training and is fine wearing his big boy pants when necessary. He loves his people and becomes a little shadow. He prefers his humans to be around most of the time and/or wants a sibling to play with. He has mastered the dog door and is learning to ring bells to request to go outside. He isn’t a fan of leash walking yet and is afraid of streets and traffic. We think he was hit by a car while he was homeless. He is happy to run up the stairs, but wants to be carried when going down. He will play fetch for hours. Chasing balls is definitely his happy place. Are you ready to be happily-ever-after for Ferguson?”

Special needs dog looking for a forever home.

I visited Nugz the other day to drop off some new pain meds. We are having difficulties managing his spondylitis & arthritis. He will be seeing our behaviorist soon to see what we need to do for him. His bio is now “no other pets or young children” He would do wonderful in a calm home with a family who wants to dote on him & take daily walks. He loves his people. He’s just painful in his back so he needs to be safe.
Send Nugget some love. Send his foster love too please. He is a special boy & they are attached.

🥳Foster Found🥳 We are springing him from the clink today!

Foster needed to get this little guy out of the shelter.
8 year old , not potty trained, nervous around big dogs (from a previous attack), needs eye daily eye drops. His family is moving & surrendered him to the shelter 😭

He is my current foster dog who came from a bad situation and is absolutely terrified of everything to the point we have to carry him outside. We have been working on showing him that people are good and he deserves to know love and kindness. He escaped his harness this evening and ran, jumping our fence. I am begging for your help to get my sweet boy back so we can continue to show him the affection and gentle love he deserves.
