Spring is in the Air! Roofers needed! All experience levels!

We offer a 3-year apprenticeship program with a starting wage of 21.39/hr + 5.78/hr in benefits. Benefits include Health insurance and a 401k pension. As long as you show up to work everyday and on time, come to class, and do your Monthly Reports, you'll advance in the program and receive a raise every 6 months to journeyman wage which is currently 32.90/hr + 6.18/hr in benefits. You will also need an OSHA 10 Construction safety card in order to qualify for any wage increases or incentives.

Foremen wage is currently 37.15 + benefits.

If you have a clean background and are able to access a military base or prison you will be hired on much faster.

My office address is 404 N. Spruce St. Colorado Springs CO 80905. I am usually available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Scheduling an appointment is always the preferred method to walk-in, but walk-ins are always welcome when I am at the office.

Steady, year-round work with opportunities to advance into foreman roles. A three-year registered apprenticeship program is available for those with no experience. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, often at heights, using fall protection.

Requirements include:

Hand tools required
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
Reliable attendance and ability to work 40+ hours/week (weather permitting)
