Fostering Hope Foundation

Fostering Hope enlists volunteers and the greater community to support children in foster care and the families who care for them.

Our goal is to provide stability, enrichment and connections from childhood to early adulthood.

Our new moms’ playgroup recently took to the trails, with plenty of little ones in tow! The hike was hot, challenging, fun, and an adventure for everyone.

Through outings like this, young moms find encouragement, practical parenting support, and the reassurance that no mom has it all together. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply navigating the unexpected alongside someone who understands.

Foster care impacts the entire family, including the biological children in the home.

For several months, one of Fostering Hope's volunteers has provided transportation to and from work nearly every day for a foster family’s biological child. It’s a simple but meaningful example of what wraparound support looks like.

When we care for the whole family, we help them continue providing the stability and love every child deserves.

This young man in our Fostering Adulthood community has found a strong sense of belonging within a local church body. Recently, he participated in his first missions trip and proudly stood before the congregation to share what he experienced.

For a young adult who has navigated life without the support of a permanent family, moments like this are especially meaningful. His willingness to step beyond himself to serve and care for others is a beautiful sign of a healing heart, and a powerful reminder of what can happen when a young person is surrounded by people who believe in him.

When a young woman in our Fostering Adulthood community needed an urgent cesarean delivery, she asked one of our coordinators to be by her side. Our coordinator immediately drove to Denver, supported her through the delivery, and even fed the newborn his first bottle while Mom rested.

This is what trusted, consistent support looks like: showing up for life’s challenges, milestones, and beautiful new beginnings.
