NAWIC Colorado Springs 356 | May Membership Meeting Recap
Our May Membership Meeting was filled with celebration, inspiration, and connection!
A special thank you to our featured speaker, Ally Jencson, for her engaging presentation, โConstruction of a R.E.B.E.L.โ Ally's presentation focused on discovering your strengths, improving communication, and unlocking leadership potential in both your professional and personal life.
Drawing from her experience in the construction industry, Ally shared valuable insights on navigating the unique challenges often faced by professionals in the field, particularly women in subcontracting and the trades. Her message empowered attendees to embrace their strengths, lead with confidence, and continue building successful careers and meaningful relationships.
The Membership & Marketing Committee was excited to welcome our newest member, Theresa Lausell of Labor Depot. We are thrilled to have Theresa join our chapter and look forward to the contributions and connections she will bring to our NAWIC community.
We also had the honor of recognizing an outstanding achievement. President Samantha Walter presented Angelique Kallio with the Safety Award that TMS Construction received at the PSW Spring Forum. Congratulations to Angelique and the entire TMS Construction team for this well-deserved recognition and commitment to safety excellence.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this meeting a success. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and support one another as women in construction.
