The City of Colorado Springs is updating the zoning code to establish more Childcare Centers across the city. The goal is to ease code and zoning restrictions throughout residential neighborhoods (as well as non-residential). Historic Neighborhood Partnership are seeking your thoughts and input on this with three questions. Please take a few minutes and complete the survey by April 30.
