June is PTSD Awareness Month.

At Operation TBI Freedom, we recognize the courage it takes to face the invisible wounds of service. PTSD affects many veterans, service members, and their families, but no one should have to face it alone.

This month, we stand with those who are battling the lasting effects of trauma, honor their resilience, and encourage open conversations that reduce stigma and promote healing. Seeking support is a sign of strength, and recovery is possible. Operation TBI Freedom honors and supports our military community represented by the โญ๏ธ Gold Star, ๐Ÿ”ต Blue Star, and ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’šWhite/Green Star Families.

Together, we can raise awareness, foster hope, and remind our brothers and sisters in arms that they are never alone.

Today, Operation TBI Freedom was honored to participate in the Memorial Day event at Pikes Peak Cemetery as we joined our community in remembering and honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We pay tribute to our fallen brothers and sisters whose courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Their legacy lives on through the freedoms we cherish every day and through the continued support we provide to those who have served.

This Memorial Day, we stand together in gratitude, remembrance, and respect. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Operation TBI Freedom was honored to participate in the Belair Annual Charity Event alongside so many incredible members of the community dedicated to making a difference.

A special thank you to Justin Bryant, a current OTF participant, for sharing his powerful story and speaking from the heart about resilience, recovery, and the impact of support for those living with traumatic brain injuries. His courage and authenticity inspired everyone in attendance.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to raise awareness, build connections, and continue advocating for our veterans and community members impacted by TBI. ๐Ÿ’™

You never know how powerful an experience can be until you witness it firsthand. Yesterday, Operation TBI Freedom took part in an unforgettable Equine Assisted Learning event where veterans and individuals living with traumatic brain injuries stepped outside their comfort zones, built confidence, strengthened communication skills, and found connection in ways words often canโ€™t explain.

For many living with TBIs, everyday challenges can feel isolating โ€” but moments like these remind us healing, growth, and community are still possible. The bond formed between participants and these incredible horses created breakthroughs, laughter, trust, and memories that will stay with us long after today.

This was more than an event โ€” it was an experience you truly had to be there for. โค๏ธ๐Ÿด
