Hellllooooo parents and family and friends! The PTA is looking for a volunteer to be our Games Manager for our upcoming Fall Festival. As such, you would oversee the raffle. Oh so exciting, I know! If you have any interest in learning more, please find us at Coffee and Chat this Friday at 8 am in the courtyard, or at 3:15 at Open House.

Our first meeting of the year is tomorrow! We will open at 8 am in the courtyard, and then wrap up at 3pm on the playground.

Voting on the budget
Upcoming fundraisers and events
Fall Festival!

Don't feel pressured to attend both parts of the meeting. We look forward to seeing you at one or both! Be sure you've signed up and paid your membership dues, and please please sign up all interested friends and family who would enjoy staying in the loop and offering their lovely and much needed ideas 💡

PTA membership registration is open! Anyone who signs up early gets 1 free Fall Festival ticket. Tickets must be picked up at Meet and Treat tomorrow, our August or September PTA meetings, or back to school night in September!

1 ticket per adult member who is registered. Please note our PTA meetings are moved to the 3rd Friday of every month for this school year.

So sign up grandparents, your lovely neighbors aunties, uncles, and your bff across the country who wants to stay in the know about the ins and outs of our amazing school 🏫 Feedback and ideas are the cornerstone of our PTA and we welcome anyone who wants to give input. We will be utilizing email and social media more this year to get members engaged. Therefore your far away family and friends will be able to respond to email questions, offer suggestions and helpful tips for our event planning, and be involved.

PTA meeting this Wednesday July 15th at Deerfield Community Center splash pad. 9:30 am

I will arrive earlier and get us a table under the shade canopy. The water fountains turn on at 10 am. Bathrooms on site! D11 school lunch will also be distributing sack lunches from 12:15-12:45.

We are again bringing Frios popsicle truck in as our treat for those who attend! We look forward to catching up, enjoying treats and water, and making some decisions about the upcoming budget and school year. see you there!

1 week until our next PTA meeting, where we will review and discuss the upcoming school year budget. As before, Frios popsicle truck will be present to serve up delicious treats!

I am debating between Manitou Skate park, with playground and nearby creek. Or Deerfield splash pad. Happy to consider feedback if you have thoughts!

PTA meeting this Wednesday June 17th, 9:30 am. Helen Hunt playground, offers shade, less busy location, and a couple businesses nearby for bathrooms.
